De voorman houdt zich bezig met het aansturen van medewerkers en draagt zorg dat de uitvoering van de leidingwerkzaamheden verloopt conform de wensen van de opdrachtgever, in overeenstemming met de wet en regelgeving en de bij ons geldende bedrijfsvoorschriften. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de werkverdeling en geeft instructies aan medewerkers over (middel)grote projecten die een bepaalde mate van complexiteit hebben. Verder vul je de dagrapporten in en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.

Jij bent/hebt

Je hebt een VMBO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met (eerste) monteur gas/water of buizenlegger en hebt minimaal twee jaar werkervaring als (Eerste) Monteur gas/water. Je beschikt over een VCA-basis certificaat en hebt je rijbewijs BE. Verder ben je initiatiefrijk, beschikt over goede communicatieve en educatieve vaardigheden, hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit. Daarnaast heb je goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
